Le Bar is a new venue of iconic Michelin-starred restaurant Club Gascon. Destination by itself, this award-winning bar aims to take guests on a journey to the charming and elegant South West of France. The soul of Le Bar lies in hand-crafted cocktails, intriguing wines and frapas dishes, all served in an elegantly decorated room and accompanied by relaxing, easy-going music.
Located next to London's historic Smithfield market, Le Bar offers an exciting variety of classic cocktails with a contemporary Gascony twist alongside innovative blends created by head mixologist Led. Le Bar shares its wine list with sister restaurant Club Gascon and covers over 200 French appellations, all carefully selected by their head sommelier Julien.
The menu is inspired by the concept of frapas (French tapas), small sharing plates focused on showcasing Gascony’s finest ingredients and specialties. All dishes are designed to complement cocktails and wines of the region. Made with seasonal ingredients, Le Bar’s menu also embraces several award-winning dishes from Club Gascon.
The dedicated team of chefs, sommeliers and mixologists are very passionate about the cocktails, food and wines they serve and can recommend drink pairings to suit each dish.
