2015 has been a huge year for the guys behind the Cocktail Trading Co. Their Soho site has grown from strength to strength since its opening in January, and now they’re set to bring their trademark bundle of innovative drinks to a basement site in Farringdon. With room for only 50, this intimate new space celebrates its marketplace links by asking punters to trade their knicknacks for cocktails, and a high-quality virgin cocktail section should offer something for all tastes.
