Ed and Ben Robson - the brains behind Boopshi's - spotted that London had a distinct lack of schnitzel and spritz serving bars, and since identifying this gap in the market they've not looked back once. Everything served at Boopshi's comes with a stamp of Austrian authenticity - showcasing the Sachertorte sour as a variant on the traditional whisky sour and the house martini, with vermouth swapped for Kümmel. There's a real buzz around Boopshi's, which has wasted no time in establishing itself as one of the heavy-weight restaurants in Fitzrovia.
