James Knappett has launched his first restaurant, alongside his wife, on Charlotte Street in the form of Bubbledogs. A restaurant of two halves; Bubbledogs will be at the front of the venue, serving up 10 different hot dog dishes alongside Grower champagne and delicious variety of other sparkling wines. Kitchen Table is the second part of the venue and can be found down a few steps at the back, where Knappett will "host intimate lunches and dinners with a maximum of 19 guests seated directly around his kitchen", and be showcasing some exquisite contemporary European cooking. Apart from tables of six or more, Bubbledogs will be walk-in only, Kitchen Table will be reservations only.

Filling a major and previously unthought-of gap in the London bar and restaurant market, Bubbledogs is already the talk of the town and highly anticipated. Close to Goodge Street Tube Station, Bubbledogs will be serving gourmet delights like the BLT dog, wrapped in bacon and served with truffle mayo and caramelized lettuce; the Jose dog with guacamole, sour cream, salsa and jalapenos and even Tater Tots, all starting at just £6! With someone like James Knappett (he's previously worked under Gordon Ramsay and was former Sous Chef at The Ledbury) running the joint we just know it will be it will be an amazing London champagne bar and eatery.
