The team behind The Cocktail Trading Company in Shoreditch are heading west this summer with a brand new bar in Fitzrovia. Taking over the space which was previously home to Vinyl Bar, Murder Inc is inspired by the organised crime groups of the 40s & 50s. This gritty gangster-themed spot is 'blending beauty and filth' from the menu to the interiors. With space for 60 thirsty imbibers, the spacious bar will feature oak panelling, neon signs and eclectic artwork in homage to mob-ridden New York.
Leave the machine guns at home because it's only cocktails in Murder Inc's arsenal. Championing the same tongue-in-cheek inventions of CTC, but with a more refined style, the West End hangout is bringing you everything from a Hennessey-centred Collins through to the Death In The Afternoon; an on-tap mix of absinthe and agave-ginger sherbet with a splash of Champagne. Now that sounds like an offer we can't refuse.
