1. The ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risks and danger incidental to the event for which the ticket is issued, whether occurring prior, during or after the event. The ticket holder voluntarily agrees that the management, venue, event participants, DesignMyNight WFL Media Ltd and all of their respective agents, officers, directors, owners and employers are expressly released by the ticket holder from any claims arising from such causes.
2. Tickets are issued subject to the rules and regulations of the venue. This event is for over 18s only, please bring your ID as it will be required to enter the premises for all ticket holders. Failure to provide an ID may result in guests being denied entry and guests will not be entitled to a refund for their tickets.
3. Tickets are non-refundable. Your tickets will only be valid for the date you have select at the point of purchase and will not be accepted for any other date.
4. A maximum of 10 tickets per guest can be purchased at one time. Unreserved seating available on site on a first come first serve basis. Please arrive early to secure your seats. You have purchased standing tickets and we cannot guarantee seating.
5. The last entry for all ticket holders is 30 minutes prior to kick-off. If you arrive at the venue after this time entry may be denied and we won’t be able to refund your tickets.
6. We recommend getting to the venue as early as you can to avoid queues.
On the day, drinks can be ordered at any of the available bars as our full drinks selection will be available. Please note, we will not be able to accommodate drinks/food pre-orders.
7. We operate a strict no drugs policy. Please note bag searches will be carried upon arrival. Guests found in possession of drugs or weapons will be denied entry and will not be entitled to a ticket refund.
8. No external food or drinks will be allowed on the premises and they will be confiscated upon arrival.
9. Please note, we are predominantly an outdoor venue and don’t have cover on site
10. Entry is guaranteed as long as guests are over 18 and are not intoxicated on arrival. Management reserves the right to refuse entry if the group arrives intoxicated, they will also be asked to leave the venue if the management believes their behaviour is inappropriate. If this happens, tickets will be non-refundable.
11. Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by the promoter, team, performer or venue for a variety of reasons. If the event is cancelled, please contact us for information on receiving a refund from the responsible party. If the event was moved or rescheduled, the venue or promoter may set refund limitations. It is your responsibility to ascertain the date and time of any rearranged event.
12. The venue reserves the right to refuse admission and may on occasion have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of the patrons.
13. Every effort to admit latecomers will be made at a suitable break in the event, but admission cannot always be guaranteed.
14. We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase.
15. Tickets are sold subject to the venue or promoter's right to alter or vary the programme due to events or circumstances beyond its control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.
16. If this ticket is re-sold or transferred for profit or commercial gain by anyone other than the promoter, venue management, DesignMyNight or one of their authorised sub-agents, it will become voidable and the holder may be refused entry to or ejected from the venue.
17. The promoter, venue management and DesignMyNight accept no responsibility for any personal property.
18. The event listed on the purchased ticket is strictly for ticket holders who are over 18 years of age. Identification may be required.
