Proof

As part of a new market and bar project focussed around London Fields, Proof is Hackney's newest bar and roof terrace. Working alongside Playground, a weekend fashion, art and food market, Proof overlooks the entire park and boasts stunning views of East London. 

Proof will certainly become a major player in Hackney's bar scene. Located at the top of Hothouse, its roof terrace is naturally the bar's prized possession. An ideal place to unwind and relax on a hot summer's day, its open space and beautiful decking makes it a great spot for a number of different activities; from film screenings to tasting sessions, the serene backdrop of this East London joint is a treat for everyone not afraid of heights. The roof terrace really comes to life during the sunset, when the orange haze of the Sun covers the entire bar in a golden blanket; the perfect spot for a romantic date. 

A key feature of the bar is its diverse, constantly-changing drinks menu. Proof prides itself on showcasing the finest concoctions and creations from London's newest vendors and mixologists. For instance, the Cider Box will be exhibiting their range of experimental ciders and have teamed up with the Raw Cheese Power company to put on a Cider and Cheese tasting session on the bar's roof terrace. Alongside them, Mezcal specialists Quiquiriqui will be packing a punch with their array of smokey, seasonal cocktails.
