What they say:
Scotland's favourite craft beer specialists BrewDog,have announced that they will be opening BrewDog Islington, the latest in their ever growing family of bars. Situated on Essex Road in Islington, this will be the group's 5th London bar after previous successes in Camden, Shoreditch, Shepherd's Bush and a brand new site in Clapham Junction. No date has been announced for the opening of BrewDog Islington as of yet, but keen craft beer fans can probably expect this newest craft beer pup to be making an appearance early 2015.
What we say:
BrewDog have certainly tapped into the market, bringing craft beer to a younger crowd. BrewDog Islington is set to be the group's 22nd bar and fans can probably expect much of the same recipe in terms of friendly service and some damn fine craft beers. But with BrewDog set to unveil a new logo, as well as new ventures in Rome, Barcelona and Berlin to boot; the suggestion is that this old dog doesn't like standing still for very long, so we may yet see a few changes with this Islington bar.
