Streaky Gin - a fusion of salty-flavour goodness from those little piggy porkers with some lip-smacking cocktail treats.
Welcome to London's first bacon-centric cocktail bar with some streaky infused spirits and concoctions to get your oinky fix from more than just a big, fat breakfast. This eatery-come-bar is an eccentric mix of British style and American flavour. Quaint flower printed wallpapers adorn the walls and rustic decor runs throughout with a custom designed bar sporting horse back saddle stools for your perching. A bespoke chandelier hangs from the ceiling above the restaurant seating area where you can tuck into an English/American fusion menu of Southern treats and homely favourites. The likes of nachos, tacos, beefy burgers, lobster omelette and a standard full English grace this dribblingly delicious menu.
That covers the first floor. Now, downstairs is something different entirely. Locate the original, old school looking telephone box and discover a hidden staircase that leads you down to a dark den of Speakeasy charm and American hospitality. This is where American mixologist Cricket Nelson knocks up the signature Streaky cocktails - an innocuous blend of Deep South twang and British elegance (with some bacon thrown in). Crafty drinks run wild down in this low-lit lair of custom furnishings and rich colourways.
