Drawing inspiration from the transformative nature of the elements earth, air, fire, and water – fundamental to the composition of crystals – standout creations include the Dorage, a harmoniously well-blended concoction of Quebranta Pisco, lychee infused with caramel, Batak berry, raspberry, and whey. Alternatively, for those with a penchant for whisky-based libations, the velvety and subtly savory Grounded, crafted from Sherry Cask Scotch, porcini mushrooms, capes, rose vermouth, and milk whey. 

With 16 cocktails to choose from, including four non-alcoholic options, you can be sure that whichever drink you pick has been expertly developed by the team of mixologists to create a unique blend of the finest flavours, aromas and textures.

You’ll find the bar is also stocked with the world’s most delicious wines and spirits, while the array of small dishes promise to make your mouth water – from citrus-cured Faroe Island salmon and crispy fried chicken to mac and cheese croquettes.
