Fusion dining has been popular in the city as of late, from restaurants merging Eastern with South American flavours, to burgers toting a not so American taste, but Sumosan Twiga is a new restaurant in the city that has chosen to deny this rife new theme. Seperating both Italian and Japanese cuisines, you'll be able to indulge in familiar dishes under the same roof, without ever having to order some sort of lasagne-sushi hybrid.......no matter how special that sounds.
