Review of New Year 2024 at Salsa Temple I had mixed feelings about the New Year 2024 celebration at Salsa Temple. While the music was fantastic and catching up with friends was a highlight, several issues made the experience disappointing. Firstly, the process of obtaining the red bracelet for entry was frustrating and poorly organized. The advertisement clearly stated that the bracelet had to be picked up by 5 pm on December 31st at Bar Salsa Soho. However, when I tried to confirm this information, the automated service was unhelpful and didn't connect me with anyone. On Monday morning at 9:00 am, I finally got through to someone, only to be told to contact the bar directly. This delay cost me the chance to buy cheaper tickets due to the lack of proper communication. When I did speak to someone, the experience was unpleasant. The lady on the phone was extremely rude, her tone unacceptable, and her attitude dismissive. She claimed the bracelets would only be available until 4 pm, contradicting the information on the website. I felt unwelcome and disregarded, especially as someone traveling from outside London specifically for this event. Additionally, the lack of seating was a major problem. Standing in high heels for six hours was exhausting, and with so few stools available, people were scrambling for seats, leading to unnecessary tension. The advertisement also promised "lots of surprises" during the event, but I didn't notice anything special or memorable in that regard. Given the contradicting information, the missed opportunity for cheaper tickets, and the poor customer service I experienced, I am expecting some form of compensation. While I appreciated the music and the chance to see friends, the disorganization and poor treatment overshadowed the experience. I sincerely hope improvements are made for future events. -

Itโs my third time purchasing this deal for NYEโs and this time I have to say it was a bit disappointing because I had to travel to the venue several times to collect the bracelet for the red zone, and they were not there. It was quite inconvenient TBH.However, staff was great ๐ซถAndT he fireworks were amazing ๐คฉ
