What they say:
While the tessellation of their logo may lead even those hardened to optical illusions a little eyeball rattled, there's simplicity to the offering that this new Spitalfield haunt has to boast. An informal dining destination brought about by Village London founder Clive Watson, Blixen takes to the old Sweet Basil plot for kedgeree crooning, an intimate wine list, fresh all-day dining and more.
What we say:
It's all blitzing and Blixen at another new plot in Spitalfields. Coming to force in a destination primed for weekend strolls, the Spitalfield footfall and tact for independent destinations is sure to do this restaurant a courtesy as guests can gorge on European-inspired side dishes, a yet to be confirmed cocktail menu and brunch. You hear that folks, brunch in the darling Spitalfields, that's one of your New Year's resolutions is it not? If you've seen Clive Watson's Garrison or Riding House Cafe, you'll understand the optimism.
