This time he is going big with a prime location in the second tallest building in the City of London, setting up shop on the 24th floor of Tower 42. Boasting a 90 cover restaurant serving classic British cuisine and a 85 cover prohibition era influenced bar that'll serve a range of delectable and inspired cocktails, it's one of the most promising openings in a while.
