What they say:
Their 1957 VW camper van is being parked up for a while as quirky street food outlet B.O.B's Lobster has found a permanent home in London Bridge. The restaurant will have room for 55 diners and will be open from 7am serving brunch goodies such as lobster eggs benedict, as well as staying open until midnight for a dinner service.
What we say:
Details may be a little thin on the ground at the moment but B.O.B's Lobster have confirmed that they have found a permanent home in London Bridge. The venue plan on keeping their sense of fun with founder Roberto Dann hinting at quirky interiors and a menu that serves their hit of lobster rolls and ahi tuna tacos.
