Tanner and Co is the first offering from 'Camm and Hooper’ and is located on the site of the former Delfina restaurant in London Bridge. It will incorporate event and outdoor space, and plans to offer comfort food with a contemporary twist, including a carvery trolley and in-house smoker. Food will be available throughout week and will be overseen by Justin Saunders, Camm and Hooper’s director of food. A contemporary take on comfort food will be order of the day with modern cooking techniques influencing traditional dishes.

With openings including 'Oblix at The Shard' and 'Aqua at The Shard' it seems the season of Spring will be a fruitful time for the London Bridge area. And with the announcement of Tanner & Co's pending opening, it would seem there is no stopping this area's eatery growth. Tanner & Co will be on the site of the, once prominent, Delfina restaurant and, alongside a bar, will house a restaurant serving traditional British comfort food with modern influences.
