Hidden under the French bistro North Audley Cantine comes a canine themed cocktail bar, Chez Chow. The concept for this joint being the owners own dog - Teddy Chow Chow.
This Mayfair haunt is set to be a lair of cosy comforts, house fermented tonics and Asian influenced cuisines. Bar snacks consist of Popcorn Shrimp, Chow's Asian Pork Belly Sliders, Stone Bass Sang Chow Bow, Sticky Pork Ribs and then a typical serving of Cheese & Charcuterie boards. Munch on these delectable nibbles and sup on some of their liquid lust with an Aged Old Fashioned matured in its own oak barrel and a Popcorn Sazerac, which uses popcorn infused Bourbon.
