What they say:
Mahiki night club, owned by Nick House and Guy Pelly, who is a close friend of Prince Harry and William, is getting an older brother, in the shape of £2 million night club and bar on the site of the London 2012 Olympics. There will be a whole host of London 2012 Olympic parties and events, see here for more information.
The super club will be hosting celebrities, athletes and Olympic fans from across the world who will be keen to toast the Olympic games throughout the months of July and August 2012. A former furniture factory on Fish Island in Bow will join the ubiquitous London pop up bars, offering a hospitality and nightclub complex, opening until 2am and with a capacity for 3,750 people.
What we say:
It is worth noting that a licence is still pending from the local council but there will be many licking their lips at the prospect of this London party venue for the Olympic games in London. Prince William and his wife Kate Middleton, as well as brother Prince Harry, are often snapped escaping from the side door of Mayfair night club Mahiki, so don't be surprised if you bump into a prince on the dancefloor next summer!
