Description
The Retiring Room is an underground bar in Mayfair, tucked away under Bombay Bustle, which replicates the faded glamour of Indian railway retiring rooms. The space is made up of dark wooden and leather interiors, where guests can sip on handcrafted cocktails.
The menu features classics with an Indian twist and signature mixes, these include the all-black Incognito, with Gosling black rum and activated charcoal, and the Paan Collins, made with sloe gin, St. Germain, paan (betel leaf) liqueur, and homemade plum syrup. These can all be accompanied by a selection of canapes such as crispy Bombay chicken and curry patta prawns.
