You'll find GinTonica on the 2nd floor of The Distillery, situated at the Ladbroke Grove end of Portobello Road.
Sit back and enjoy their perfected G&T in a beautiful Copa de Balon (a 21oz glass goblet). They've curated a list of 100 gins from around the world and matched them with complementary mixers and garnishes allowing the character of each to flourish. Alongside this sits a collection of simple, flavourful cocktails with a Spanish twist, created by their resident cocktail guru, Matthew Coates, using traditional ingredients, flavours & methods from the region.
If gin is not your thing, their wine list has been designed to work in complete harmony with the food menu. The list features many Spanish varieties but also includes some carefully selected world wines that have been chosen to compliment the dishes.
Speaking of the food menu, after spending much time enjoying and researching the tapas bars and restaurants in Spain, particularly the Basque region, head chef Greg Lewis now serves his own fresh take on some of his favourite dishes. They use the finest imported Spanish produce married with the best seasonal ingredients to produce a modern British twist on traditional Spanish recipes.
