    On the menu, find light, flavour-packed dishes full of the best seasonal ingredients all enjoyed floors above the bustle of the streets and with views of The Shard, Hyde Park and The Royal Albert Hall. Starters of beetroot and gin cured salmon gravlax with fresh citrus cucumber, horseradish mayonnaise, keta caviar and sake dressing and a frisée salad of roasted fig, blue cheese, candied walnuts and aged Iberico ham. Main course highlights include the sauté of mussels, clams and tiger prawns, fresh burratina di puglia with heritage tomatoes and basil and hazelnut pesto, or homemade lightly spiced aubergine and sweet Romana pepper lasagne with Saffron potato fondant. Sky-high sweets include amaretto tiramisu, elderflower cheesecake with raspberry coulis and lime and Malibu panna cotta with roasted pineapple.
