Unfortunately plans to open Bibo were scrapped.
Bibo is a new restaurant and bar that is the product of a partnership between Rebecca Mascarenhas and Theo Randall. The site replaces Cantinetta, and will seat 80 people inside, a further 60 on a redesigned outdoor terrace and 20 at the swish bar. Mascarenhas has had instrumental roles in the succes of such popular neighbourhood sites as Sam's Brasserie, Kitchen W8 and Harrison's. Theo Randall is famous British Chef who specialises in Italian cuisine. His previous work has seen him head chef at The River Cafe and The Intercontinental Park Lane. A partnership of this quality is likely to inject some beauty in to the Putney bar scene.
