Seven at Brixton is set within the bustling Brixton Market and is a mix of reconditioned style and Iberian inspired decor. Tipping the hat to the previous owner, a suitcase merchant, a luggage theme runs through, from the trunks for tables, tags for menus and suitcases to display spirits. A very large upstairs area is made up of five different spaces, all of which have been taken by individual artists tasked with adapting their pieces to the space. Fantastic tapas, a wide range of spanish wines and hard to source beers, and a classic mix of cocktails, some with a revamp, some without. Changing the menu seasonally there always something new to try, be it a twist on a timeless classic like the Ale Smoked Old Fashioned or bespoke Basil & Ginger Beer Mojito. Seven at Brixton is open during the daytime, serving coffees, brunch and croissants, as well as a full tapas menu through the afternoon and evening.
