Senegal to Seychelles, Lagos to London. With both traditional and contemporary
recipes, you can recreate time and again, bringing African sunshine to your home.

of her supper clubs, in 2017 she launched a cookery school to bring African flavours into
mainstream cooking. With cookery classes in the UK and virtual classes with cooks from
across the world, she creates vibrant recipes for global brands and food lovers using the
best of seasonal ingredients, wondrous spices and African superfoods to inspire cooks
to create memorable and flavourful food at home.
