Ceviche Shoredtch is the second offering from Ex-DJ turned restauranteur, Martin Morales. Morales himself has said that Ceviche Shoreditch is very different from his Soho offering with uniqueness being the key ingredient to Ceviche's resounding success. The Ceviche and Pisco Bar will also offer a host of other cool features such as a dedicated BBQ for antichuco skewers, an on site takeaway, live music and DJs. I don't know about you people but I'm excited for this slice of South America already.

With a track record with engaging with his customers via Twitter and other mediums, Morales feels that through trialing the food and drinks of Peru in the area he has found Ceviche the perfect base in Shoreditch. It is clear to us that this new venture from Ceviche will be nothing but a success; with the Peruvian culture flourishing in London already, this new restaurant and bar will only add to the furor surrounding the nation's food and drink.
