Those guys behind the Experimental Cocktail Club are back in action, this time setting up shop at a 130-capacity space on Shoreditch’s renowned Curtain Road. It’s here that you'll find Joyeux Bordel, a late night cocktail joint that focuses on delivering classy drinks, eclectic party tunes and a mature, French-inspired interior design.

The team pour their efforts into ensuring the cocktails are of the highest order. You won’t find those archetypal brands lining the bar, rather the focus falls on an exciting range of vermouth and other vintage spirits. The interior design marries moody blues and murky greens, and Joyeux Bordel plays a mix of afro, soul, funk and disco from its retro sound system.

Opening from 6pm, seven days a week, you’re able to don those dancing shoes until 2am earlier in the week, extending to 3am at the weekends.
