Little Red Staircase has pulled out all the stops to bring an authentic Vietnamese vibe to this little corner of Hoxton. Tucked away below the popular Viet Grill restaurant, this intimate cocktail bar certainly shows no shortage of charisma. The owners have taken time to put together a menu crammed full of snappy, fragrant flavours - and guests have the tough choice of selecting between mouthwatering signature dishes like crispy rock shrimp & kimchee mayo and grilled pork & lime curry sea salt dip. There's a list of colonial styled cocktails too, and with a dark, moody decor punctured by the aroma of Vietnamese flavours, the owners want to bring an all round taste of downtown Saigon, to Hoxton.

It would be easy for the owners to cut corners, but the attention to detail shown is comprehensive. Little Red Staircase have teamed their authentic menu and drinks list with a truly genuine Vietnamese ambience, and guests leave having experienced the all round package. The innovative cocktails make the bar feel unique too - where else can you mosey up to the bar and order a Tha Ha Long Shake, or a Ho Chi Minh Sling? The venue offers a treat for all the senses, and is a welcome addition to the East London drinks scene.
