Description
Strongroom has been serving the ever-changing faces of Shoreditch for nearly 30 years. One half of the legendary Strongroom recording studios, they were one of the pioneer late-night venues in the area back in the days of warehouse raves, cruising joints and strip bars. The present day space is eclectic, colourful and adorned with music memorabilia. It's set across two stories of a former east end warehouse overlooking a huge ivy-covered and fairy lit outdoor courtyard.
The courtyard is the perfect spot for craft beer and burgers, night or day, rain or shine. The drinks menu is carefully curated, featuring local breweries and indie distilleries. The menu is a modern take on pub grub with outstanding vegan and vegetarian options.
Or you can head indoors to catch a club night or gig. The live music space is intimate (x150 capacity) and they put on a steady stream of local and emerging artists mid-week onwards. Gig listings are over at "What's On" on the website.

The main indoor bar has a view of Rivington Street and can be hired independently or as part of a full venue hire. It’s a light and airy space with exposed brick work and a mixture of Jamie Reid style art and vintage analogue recording equipment. It has its own entrance, soundsystem, bar and bathrooms and can be made fully private from the rest of the venue. |

Full venue hire includes our two indoor bars, basement club/dance floor, as well as our outdoor courtyard. Our huge ivy-covered, fairy lit outdoor courtyard is perfect for your summer party. It can be weatherproofed according to forecast and will be fully heated in winter, so you can enjoy socialising under the stars all year around.

Partial courtyard hire includes a semi-private area towards the back of our outdoor courtyard, which will be sectioned off.
