Ring in the New Year at The Brush Grand Café, and enjoy a £95pp 5-course set menu which includes a glass of champagne to toast to 2025! Early birds who dine before 6pm can also enjoy a 1/2 carafe of wine to share on the house.
Delight in an amuse bouche of seared scallop with cauliflower velouté before tucking into cured duck aged parmesan and truffle. For mains, enjoy a melt in your mouth fillet of beef with buttered fondant, carrot, garlic and sauce perigourdine before finally finishing with the dessert of black forest yule.
