As for drinks, The Office will be mixing up some great cocktails from some simple concoctions to themed and specialist mixes, such as the Tim Henman that combines vodka, cacao liqueur, strawberry syrup and double cream - the ultimate British summertime tipple. And if it's a wake-up you're looking for, their neighbouring coffee shop is open from 8am - 5pm every day putting out great coffee from Brighton-based roasters Brewed.
