The Wright Brothers have opened a new venue, this time bringing their 'sea-to-plate' dining experience to Spitalfields. The venue is a fantastic space set in a double fronted historic unit within Old Spitalfields Market. There is access from both inside the market itself and out from the street. It has a stunning marble bar and a number of different seating areas to choose from, but the eye-catchers are the seawater tanks filled with 1400 live shellfish!
Their speciality is seafood, always striving to be bold and innovative with their methods and flavours. The Wright Brothers' pulling-factor is that customers get to choose their own crab, lobster and oysters from the big seawater tanks spread around the restaurant. They source nothing but the finest farmed British and French oysters and sustainable seafood.
