Discretely hidden in the Basement of the newly opened BrewDog in Shoreditch lies the appropriately named speakeasy, ‘Underdog’. The premise is to deliver innovative craft beer-cocktails in a relaxed and unpretentious setting. Just ask the staff to be “taken downstairs” and you are lead down the stairs of the main bar before you are taken to through an extremely well hidden door into a large speakeasy. Here you will find waiters with large moustaches dressed in shirts and waistcoats, a well stocked bar and probably most surprisingly, cocktails with beer as the main ingredient.

A subterranean cocktail drinking den, with a juke joint sountrack and a secret entrance, The Underdog in Shoreditch is calling your name. From the craft beer masters Brewdog, this is one for the little black book. Work your way through the beer inspired cocktail list whilst taking in the speakeasy vibes. The 'Hot Dawg', Buffalo Trace Bourbon, 5am Saint with a blend of spices and honey, will work its magic or if you are feeling brave take on the 'Snakebiterita' and leave with a big smile on your face. Beer cocktails are surprinsgly delightful, see you down there.
