Consulted by creative cocktail councillors from Salts Of The Earth, the wonders that brought you Shrub and Shutter in Brixton. The cocktails are based around shrub – the of-the-moment twist to traditional drinks featuring specially-created syrups which balance sweet and sour. Using unique and unusual ingredients the cocktail menus change seasonally and are delivered by the excellent team of mixologists. There is also a fine selection of craft beers both bottled and draught locally sourced around London and from around the world; along with a variety of premium whiskies, gins, rums and vodkas.
