68 and Boston is a wine and cocktail lounge nestled on Greek Street in the heart of Soho. The bar showcases an impressive selection of seasonal wines from the finest vineyards from all over the world, the majority of which are priced at a very reasonable £20 per bottle.
Why '68'? Simple - there are no less than 67 recognised wine producing nations around the world, this to be the 68th destination where guests can experiment a little and enjoy a vast menu of seasonal and acclaimed wines.
"Boston", kicks into life come nightfall. Named after the Boston Shaker, the bar has a décor inspired by the golden age of drinking. Think post-war decadence, portraits on the wall and sophisticated-cum-cool vibes, accompanied by a bespoke menu of bar food, courtesy of a neighbouring restaurant. Using a diverse selection of international spirits, spices and fruits. Watch the bartenders mix up an irresistible array of tantalising beverages.
The venue is the brainchild of Eric Yu, Luca Cordiglieri and Martin Malley, three of the most experienced wine and bar connoisseurs in the capital. Malley is the owner of the London-based wine merchants Planets of the Grapes and has used his extensive knowledge to stock the venue full of exquisite wine, while Yu and Cordiglieri have made the most of their years running successful bars and restaurants, having been in charge of the prestigious Breakfast Group and opulent China Tang respectively.
