Below Stone Nest is a hidden gem beneath the iconic Stone Nest, a Grade II-listed former Welsh chapel (and the former nightclub Limelight) turned entertainment and experimental arts hub. The space has been reimagined by renowned designer Jermaine Gallacher, with the Boxer brothers (Jackson from Brunswick House and Frank from Frank's in Peckham) at the helm.
The pair have put together a highball-focused drinks menu and selected delicious small plates that include the likes of grilled broccoli with pickled carrot and lemongrass sambal, octopus with Nocellara olives, or smoked mackerel pâté with cucumber crackers.
Drinks-wise? Delight in Ting Wray (wray, lime and ting), Ranch Water (tequila, mezcal, soda, lime and jalapeno), or Peach Rickey (gin, peach, lime, soda and peach bitters) to name a few.
