Group dining bookings are subject to availability; we will do our best to accommodate your first choice. Menu prices quoted are per person. Please note additional supplements based on dish choices may apply; you will be notified of this. The terms and conditions set out below apply to the guest booking and form part of the contract between the guest and Busaba Eathai Limited (“the Restaurant”). The guest booking will be confirmed upon receipt of the completed deposit from the guest.

A discretionary service charge of 10% of the total value of all food and drink consumed will be included in the final bill. The final number of guests must be confirmed at least 48 hours prior to the reservation. Should this number then decrease Busaba reserves the right to charge for the number of guests for which the reservation was confirmed.

For bookings of 8-10 people, there will be a pre-authorization charge of £10 per person, and for groups of 11 or more, it will be considered an enquiry with a deposit charge depending on the restaurant.

As a little Christmas present from us to you, all bookings of 10 or more, the Booker will RECEIVE their meal for free if you book before the end October 2024. Check out our Set Menus (suitable for groups of 8 or more In true Thai style, all dishes from your chosen set menu are served to the centre of the table to share amongst friends), with prices starting from just £38 per head which are great for sharing or if you love our Core Food Menu we will still be offering that over the month of December as well!We can also host private and semi-private functions across our estate with five of our sites offering beautiful Private Dining Rooms.
