At the bar, master mixologists craft cocktails like no other with a focus on bringing back timeless classics, including three variations of The Martinez; the namesake drink from the 1860s. If you're feeling peckish while sipping on tipples, their kitchen offers a delicious selection of small plates using the finest quality ingredients, designed by Michelin star chef, Hervé Deville.
