Description
Mizuwari, which literally means 'mixed with water', is a whisky themed drinking den under Soho’s Bincho. Mizuwari is a special way of preparing a Japanese whisky highball. The bar will focus on string Japanese whisky cocktails, rare Japanese whiskies and delicious bar snacks – courtesy of Bincho (upstairs). For those less partial to these specialist tastes, there is also a wide selection of other cocktails including the ‘Strawberry Surprise’. All the cocktails are Suntory whisky based and Zoran Peric, Suntory brand ambassador designed the menu. This bustling neighbourhood joint also offers a ‘bottle keep’ service; whisky lovers can purchase award winning whiskys from famous producers such as Suntory Whisky- and the bottle will be kept in the keep with their name on it ready for them to enjoy on their next visit.
