With 18-months of pop-up experience under their belt, Harry Edmeades and his Senor Ceviche team are promising a fresh bundle of tasty ceviche, smoky BBQ, pisco cocktails and chilled Peruvian beers at their first permanent site in Soho. It's a fun-loving and relaxing hangout complete with a 60-cover restaurant and intimate cocktail bar. Authenticity is critical to the Senor Ceviche team; you'll tuck into only the finest Peruvian produce, listen to an eclectic latin-American playlist and gaze at walls lined with Chicha street art.

Having charmed Londoners with their authentic eats, inventive cocktails and warm atmosphere, it comes as no surprise that the evolution of Senor Ceviche from a pop-up is complete. Edmeades' team could have rested on their laurels but they've driven forward and look set to present a fresh new concept that taps into their experience working in Lima's kitchens. Easy-going, friendly but also deadly serious about their high standards, this is a Peruvian plot of cool well worth a visit.
