A party palace, events space and refined members club all at once, Soho House Dean Street is scheduled to open in the Spring of 2015. They’ve taken to a Grade II listed building badly damaged by a fire in 2009 and plan to return the site to its former splendour by restoring many original features. There’s going to be room for an all-day brasserie, club bar and spacious rooftop terrace across the venue’s four floors.
What we say:
The continued success of the Soho House group’s flagship venue on Greek Street suggests that the announcement of a second London venture should hardly come as a shock. A members club with its fingers in many pies, Soho House will offer a perfect space to eat, drink and socialise in a prestigious building from Spring-time.
