You'll find this ground floor space set in Southwark's luxurious Mondrian Hotel. Front row views of the Thames are a real asset, and the sumptuous deep green marble bar chips in to create a sleek and sophisticated interior.
Chetiyawardana has split the drinks menu into 'faith', 'lust', '$£¥€' and 'rock 'n' roll' sub-sections this time around. Each concoction is lovingly put together using fresh fruits, vegetables and herbs as well as cutting-edge proprietary techniques. The goal is to elevate classic drinks and re-imagine flavour combinations to spectacular effect.
