Dandelyan is a seasonal cocktail bar brought to us by one of London's leading cocktail authorities. Ryan Chetiyawardana's SuperLyan (formerly White Lyan) cocktail bar in Hoxton has been showered with acclaim from all quarters, and this latest venture looks set to build on this legacy.
You'll find this ground floor space set in Southwark's luxurious Mondrian Hotel. Front row views of the Thames are a real asset, and the sumptuous deep green marble bar chips in to create a sleek and sophisticated interior.
Chetiyawardana has split the drinks menu into 'faith', 'lust', '$£¥€' and 'rock 'n' roll' sub-sections this time around. Each concoction is lovingly put together using fresh fruits, vegetables and herbs as well as cutting-edge proprietary techniques. The goal is to elevate classic drinks and re-imagine flavour combinations to spectacular effect.
The venue is tailor made for a chilled out catch up in a warm and welcoming environment.
