A tasting menu of fine and traditional Chinese cooking from Guo Yue who will come and play music to you as you enjoy each course.

MENU:
Starters
1. Crispy noodle prawn balls (dipped in a home made sweet chilli sauce)
2. Chicken with Tahini fresh chill, spring onion sesame seed oil in a light soy and Chinese rice wine sauce
3. Home made Aromatic crispy duck
4. Glass noodles made from mung beens with fresh coriander, garlic, pork and crispy eggs
5. Chinese wild mushroom and Lily flowers with fresh bamboo shots in a light oyster and white wine sauce with finely chopped garlic, ginger and spring onion
Main courses
1. Beijing Hong Shao Yu (fillets of deep sea fish slow simmered with star anise, cinnamon bark, soy sauce, honey, sesame oil and rice wine)
