The Conductor is a trendy pub and restaurant on Fleet Place in Farringdon, serving up indulgent yet healthy culinary delights, as well as craft beer and classic cocktails.
This boozer is seriously stylish, flaunting panelled walls, a geometric-patterned bar and warm lighting. But when the weather's warm? People flock to its alfresco terrace that comes complete with fairy lights and a living wall. If you're looking for somewhere to host a private event, you can snap up the main bar (which is ideal for larger groups) or the private annex known as The Conductor 2.
Food here is a focal point, as it slings out dishes such as battered haddock with triple-cooked chips, handmade sandwiches and sharing platters. Need something to wash it all down? It's also home to a rotating selection of craft beer, with a whopping 14 taps going at all times. And if you're teetotal, it even showcases some of the best non-alcoholic drinks in town.
