Owners Simon Bastable and Andrew Green are out to create a sought-after venue “with style, substance and integrity” with this second outpost. The Four Sisters serves a constantly rotating menu of classic and bespoke cocktails featuring homemade mixers in a Victorian townhouse space. In a break from their original Islington site, this new opening also carries an artisan food menu of sharing plates and lighter bites, too.
What we say:
With hardwood panelling, cast iron details and plenty of comfy banquette seating, there’s sure to be a refined feel to The Four Sisters part 2. We’re looking forward to exploring a venue featuring “eclectic curiosities salvaged from around London” and, with a fresh lineup of craft cocktails to sample every week, there’s a luscious new libation to discover upon each visit.
