Much like its Manchester predecessor, The Ivy Asia is a luxurious celebrity-endorsed eatery, taking inspiration from the Far East. It takes residence in Barbecoa’s former St Paul's location.
The menu features hand-crafted cocktails using flavours and spirits from the region, while the kitchen offers a Pan-Asian menu of ingredients and produce inspired by the head chef’s travels across Tokyo, Cambodia and Vietnam with dishes that include elevated sticky pork, sushi and fresh seafood.
