PAINTING REQUIREMENTS PRIZES
In addition to tournament prizes for 1st place, there will be another prize award for the best single converted kill team miniature in play.
Players who wish to compete for the award will be asked to put forward their chosen converted Kill Team miniature for judging at the lunch break.
For this event, 'converted' will be defined as to mean 'containing parts from separate, non-identical kits'. Base modelling alone will not count as conversion, though head other body part or weapon/equipment swaps will provided they meet the non-identical kit restriction.
TOURNAMENT FORMAT
Tournament will consist of three 2 hour rounds.Pairings and Placings will work as follows:
Pairings: Wins Path to Victory Random
Placings: Wins Opponent Win Percentage Victory Points

1 - Refunds Cancellations: If you can no longer attend a session and would like to refund a ticket, please contact us directly via Universe to request a cancellation. Please note that we do not offer refunds for cancellations within 24 hrs of an event. This is because this does not provide us enough time to resell tickets, and can lead to tables being rescheduled or closed due to low attendance.
2 - Code of Conduct: We expect all players to read and abide by our Code of Conduct at all times. This can be found here: https://arcaniststavern.uk/safety. Any breach of our code of conduct will lead to a cautioning or permanent ban from the venue.
3 - Lateness: For all TTRPG GM Hire events, we suggest arriving half an hour before the ticketed start time. If you arrive more than half an hour later than the ticketed start time, you will not be able to attend the session and may not be refunded. Most of our ticketed events begin at 7PM promptly.
4 - Outside Food: Please note that we are an independent business, and do not allow outside food or drink to be consumed on the premises.
5 - Animals: Please note that we do not allow animals to attend any of our ticketed events, partnered or otherwise. This is due to sensory, allergy and trigger issues.

Rolling Zeros presents a Kill Team tournament on Saturday 17th May at Arcanist’s Tavern in Hoxton/Shoreditch. This will be a 20-player (max) singles event, using a mix of Volkus & Gallowdark terrain, and a combination of standard GW and Squad Games map packs Painting Requirements & Prizes There are no painting requirements for this event. Conversions and 3rd party miniatures are accepted (and the former encouraged) as long as they can be matched to the appropriate entry on the roster. Mark’s “Keepers of the Tavern” was so much fun to play! He is a great DM and also the Tavern event as a whole was a lot of fun!
