Description
Located within the iconic Mayfair restaurant, Quaglino's, The Hutch Club is a glamorous hub of cocktails and jazz, and pays homage to the venue's hedonistic attitude. This semi-permanent pop up running from 31 May to 13 August 2013 is a toast to an infamous cabaret performer of the 1920's, Hutch, who is rumoured to have made his name in London by showing up to nightclubs with a white piano strapped to his car, dressed like an aristocrat, dazzling and encapsulating his audiences.
The quirky, yet tasteful decor is a constant throughout The Hutch Club; whether it's in the art-deco Martini Bar or the decadent Drinking Den, you're sure to get a taste of the high life at this opulent pop up bar in London. Boasting the first boutique alcoholic popcorn bar, expect to find a carefully thought out cocktail menu featuring classics with a 21st century twist. Willing to share their expertise, the guys at Hutch Club also run cocktail making classes, so you to can learn to mix and shake like a pro too. If the plethora of gin, whiskey, cognac or vodka options doesn't get you going, the live jazz music on Friday and Saturday evening certainly will.
