The keywords at TOZI are “simplicity” and “sharing”; the plates have at most three different ingredients on them, and everything from the menu, offering the small plates, to the seating design; a central sharer table available for groups, focuses on enjoying the food as a group. This is even hinted at in the name “Tozi”, meaning a group of friends or guys; the atmosphere here is really all about enjoying the company of others.
The interior has a welcoming atmosphere; the decor is a warming mixture of wood, terracotta and marble and the open-plan kitchen is complete with a wood oven and charcuterie station. With their 15 man team of Italian kitchen workers, it feels like you’ve walked straight into an Italian home. No doubt they will be a lively addition to the friendly, sharing-focused atmosphere.

TOZI Restaurant and Bar is an absolute haven for those who never know what to order, and always want to try “just a little” of all the other plates on the table. Yet, with the charcuterie counter serving wild boar salami, coppa cheese and small dish offerings of buffalo ricotta ravioli with black truffle, sharing has never been made so hard to do! Supplement your dishes with the Veneto region Prosecco on tap, or try classic Italian cocktails such as the Bellini, the Aperol Spritz and the Negroni served.
Italian meals are always about the tastes and the people you enjoy the meal with; the more the merrier! TOZI takes this idea and runs with it well; giving guests a place to try good Venetian grub and experience the culture, all without leaving London.
