Here's how it works: This event has quickly become one of London's top dating events, combining Scrabble with speed dating. The catch is that you can only use naughty words, so let your imagination run wild! Meet up to 20 fun and interesting people with equally dirty minds as you move around the room. Space is always limited seriously, it's true, so don't miss your chance!
We can't guarantee you'll find "the one," but we promise you'll have a blast meeting new people.

7. We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase.
8. Tickets are sold subject to the venue or promoter's right to alter or vary the programme due to events or circumstances beyond its control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.
9. If this ticket is re-sold or transferred for profit or commercial gain by anyone other than the promoter, venue management, DesignMyNight or one of their authorised sub-agents, it will become voidable and the holder may be
refused entry to or ejected from the venue.
10. The venue may operate a No Smoking Policy.
11. The promoter, venue management and DesignMyNight accept no responsibility for any personal property.
12. The event listed on the purchased ticket is strictly for ticket holders who are over 18 years of age. Identification may be required.

I paid for an event on 18th March and it was cancelled. I requested a refund as the event had not taken place. I have now emailed three times, have contacted via their instagram page and am really frustrated at the lack of customer service. Please reach out directly to arrange my refund. -

Attended the event, only to be informed by the venue staff, the event was not scheduled (and has been cancelled often). I was not informed of this in advance. Currently attempting to secure a refund.
