6. We are only able to serve one alcoholic drink at a time in order to ensure responsible drinking
7. Please note that we do not offer any refunds or exchanges
8. Strict 21 and over door policy
9. ID checks and bag searches will be carried out on the evening. Please bring valid ID for entry.

The NYE event was way too crowded and not enough staff to keep guests regularly fed and the drink queues became absurd. The poor staff was working exceptionally hard and doing their best, but management may have been overzealous in allowing that many people to book tickets for it to be enjoyable. It would have been fire hazard in the event of an accident. -

The brunch itself was great, the entertainment and staff was amazing. However both me and my friend got food poisoning from the food, so I would maybe advise not eating there or inspecting it first at least!
